First LIFE SMART tests in the AMB coking plant

In 2021 the first tests with the industrial feeding of AlterCoal pellets have been performed at AMB premises.
In May, several trucks of AlterCoal pellets were fed tot the AMB coking plant with the aim to replace 2 & 4 wt% of coking coal with AlterCoal pellets and to determine the impact on the coke quality and process mass balances.
